All services require signature of written contract

prior to services being performed.

A 25% non-refundable down payment is required for tree plantings and weed barrier fabric installation. Full payment is due upon receipt of final invoice. A 1% interest fee will be charged every 30 days from the original invoice due date if payment is not received within 90 days.

A $100 fee will be charged in the event the site is not properly prepared prior to the tree planting, weed barrier installation, or seeding, in accordance with the SCD requirements.
